We are privileged, excited and delighted to announce that The Right Honorable Sir Andrew McFarlane, President of the Family Division, is our key note speaker for our 2026 October conference. 

The theme of this conference is “Chattels, from the hamster to the super yacht” exploring how assets are dealt with on divorce, particularly pets, which are currently considered as possessions rather than as children would be, with arrangements for “residence” and “contact”.

Time: 1.30pm

Venue: Hotel L'Horizon, St Brelade, Jersey

We also arrange activities and lunch on the Saturday. 

This year our raffle will be held in aid of Jersey Cheshire Homes, our charity of the year.
