March 2024 date announced for Children Law Conference in Jersey

The Jersey International Child Law Conference – sponsored by Corbett Le Quesne
Due to the success of our second Child Law Conference in March and hot on the heels of our biggest yet October Family Law Conference, we have great pleasure in announcing details of the 2024 event.
It is taking place on Friday 22nd March 2024 from 10am to 5.30pm at The Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, St Helier.
This will be a child law conference covering both private and public law and the theme is “Relocation, Relocation, Relocation (of children within the British Isles)” The programme will include sessions by lawyers, psychologists and the third sector on diverse topics within the overall theme.
The conference
The event will start at 10am in Rocco Tower Suite with registration from 9.30am and finish at 5.30pm.
The dinner
There will be a drinks reception followed by a dinner after the conference at the Radisson.
Thursday drinks reception
We are planning a drinks reception with some Chambers on Thursday 21st March.
Saturday outing and lunch
We hope to arrange an outing on Saturday 23rd March based around the occupation of the island between 1940-45 which many of our conference guests have expressed an interest in during our October event.
