Modern Families theme for Child Law Conference March 2026

The theme of our March 2006 child law conference is “Modern Families" and our key note speaker is the Mrs Justice Theis DBE.

Venue: Radisson Blu, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands

Programme: the conference will include sessions in respect of parentage, assisted reproduction, surrogacy, adoption, LGBT families and recent changes in the law in Jersey and internationally.
