On the 6th of October 2023 the annual Jersey International Family Law Conference took place. Following on from the success of last year's event we decided to host a second event in support of Women in Family Law.

We arranged a presentation by wealth professionals on the morning of the conference. Our panel of finance experts explored key considerations regarding the transfer of wealth and the importance of education and generational change. There was a lively and open discussion about transfer of wealth events including Death, Divorce, Inheritance, Entrepreneurial and Incapacity and how they are managed through various services within the financial sector.
