Tiny Seeds founder, Chloe Fosse came to Corbett Le Quesne recently to deliver fertility friendly workplace training to the team.

Anna Styles, a Senior Associate at Corbett Le Quesne, commented "The training was absolutely excellent and it will help us all be more aware when supporting clients and friends and family as well as colleagues. We have implemented a fertility policy based on the very comprehensive template provided by Tiny Seeds. Chloe has made it very easy for us to implement this policy and I would highly recommend that other employers contact the charity and ask for their fertility friendly workplace pack."

Tiny Seeds was set up to support individuals in Jersey facing infertility or needing the help of fertility treatment to conceive.

While supporting people through the charity it became clear to Chloe that concerns about the impact fertility treatment could have on work often presented a major concern for both men and women.  This lead to the Fertility Friendly Workplace Initiative.

Tiny Seeds says: "Creating a fertility friendly place to work is not simply about implementing a policy, or providing paid leave to employees for fertility appointments. It is about creating a culture of understanding and recognition for fertility and its related struggles within your organisation."
